Job Description
Design and execute email marketing campaigns, automation workflows, and strategies to drive engagement and conversions.
- Set up and manage ESPs (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, SendGrid)
- Design and build email automation workflows
- Create email templates and campaigns
- Conduct A/B tests on subject lines, content, and CTAs
- Segment audiences for targeted messaging
- Analyze and report on email performance metrics
Requirements
- 3+ years email marketing experience
- Experience with Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar ESPs
- HTML/CSS knowledge for email template development
- Understanding of email deliverability best practices
- Experience with marketing automation
Nice to Have
- Copywriting skills
- Experience with SMS marketing
- Knowledge of CRM integration
- GDPR compliance knowledge
