This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines what clients and users may and may not do with the systems, websites, and services provided or hosted by Launchko SRL/BV ("Launchko"). It applies to all websites Launchko builds, all hosting services Launchko provides, and all automation systems Launchko deploys.
Violations of this policy may result in immediate suspension of services, termination of the client agreement, and reporting to relevant authorities.
1. Prohibited Content
You may not use Launchko's services to publish, distribute, or facilitate:

| Harassment | Targeted harassment, bullying, or threats against individuals |

| Defamatory content | False statements of fact that damage an individual's or business's reputation |
| Fraud | Phishing, impersonation, misleading commercial practices |
| Malware | Viruses, ransomware, spyware, or any malicious code |
| Privacy violations | Publishing personal data without consent; unlawful data collection |
2. Prohibited Technical Activities
You may not use Launchko's infrastructure or services to:

| Attack other systems | DDoS attacks, port scanning, unauthorised network intrusion |
| Send spam | Unsolicited bulk email, SMS, or other mass communications |
| Mine cryptocurrency | Using Launchko's hosting resources for cryptomining |
| Run botnets | Using hosted systems as part of a botnet or command-and-control infrastructure |
| Circumvent security | Attempting to bypass security controls on any system without authorisation |
| Overload infrastructure | Deliberately generating traffic that degrades service for other clients |
| Exploit vulnerabilities | Attempting to discover and exploit security vulnerabilities without written authorisation |
| Unlawful scraping | Automated scraping of third-party websites in violation of their terms of service |
3. Intellectual Property
You may not use Launchko's services to:
- Publish content that infringes third-party copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
- Distribute pirated software, media, or unlicensed content
- Remove or alter copyright notices from content you do not own
4. Client Responsibilities
If Launchko provides hosting or manages infrastructure for your website or application, you are responsible for:
- Ensuring all content published on the system complies with this AUP
- Keeping your CMS, plugins, and software up to date (or engaging Launchko's maintenance service)
- Promptly reporting any suspected security breach to security@launchko.agency
- Not sharing hosting credentials with unauthorised parties
5. Enforcement
If Launchko determines, at its reasonable discretion, that a violation of this AUP has occurred or is likely to occur:

| Minor / first offence | Written warning; request to remedy within 48 hours |
| Moderate | Suspension of the affected service until the violation is remedied |
| Severe / illegal activity | Immediate termination; no refund; report to authorities if required by law |
Launchko will make reasonable efforts to notify the client before taking action, except where the violation requires immediate response to prevent harm.
6. Reporting Violations
To report a suspected AUP violation involving content or services hosted by Launchko:

Include the URL, a description of the violation, and any supporting evidence. We will investigate and respond within 5 business days.
