Document ID: WBL-POL-AI-v1.0 · Effective Date: 19 February 2026
Launchko SRL/BV ("Launchko") uses artificial intelligence tools to enhance the quality and efficiency of our services. This policy explains how and where AI is used, and how client data is handled when it interacts with AI systems.
1. How We Use AI
AI tools are used across several areas of our work:
| Service Area | How AI Is Used |
|---|---|
| Web Design | Layout concepts, copywriting assistance, image generation for prototypes |
| Branding | Mood board generation, tagline exploration, brand name brainstorming |
| Development | Code assistance, debugging, documentation generation |
| AI Automation Services | Building AI-powered workflows, agents, and systems for clients |
| Content & SEO | Draft content generation (always reviewed and edited by our team) |
| Project Management | Meeting summaries, proposal drafts, internal documentation |
AI-generated content is always reviewed and refined by a human team member before being presented to clients or included in deliverables.
2. AI Tools We Currently Use
| Tool | Provider | Primary Use | Data Processed |
|---|---|---|---|
| Claude (Sonnet / Opus) | Anthropic | Writing, coding, reasoning | Project briefs, content drafts |
| ChatGPT / GPT-4 | OpenAI | Drafting, brainstorming | Project briefs, content drafts |
| Midjourney | Midjourney Inc. | Image generation for prototypes | Text prompts only |
| GitHub Copilot | GitHub / Microsoft | Code assistance | Code context |
| Notion AI | Notion | Internal documentation | Internal notes |
This list is updated as our tool stack evolves.
3. What Client Data May Be Shared with AI Tools
We exercise caution about what client data is passed to AI systems:
| Data Type | Shared with AI? | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Project briefs and requirements | ✅ Yes — commonly | Stripped of sensitive personal data where possible |
| Website content and copy | ✅ Yes — for editing/drafting | |
| Brand guidelines | ✅ Yes — for brand-consistent outputs | |
| Client credentials (logins, API keys) | ❌ Never | Handled per our Security Policy |
| Personal data of the client's customers | ❌ Never without explicit consent | May require a DPA |
| Confidential financial data | ❌ Never | |
| NDA-protected information | ❌ Never | Handled internally only |
4. Data Processing by AI Providers
When data is submitted to AI tools, it is processed by the AI provider's systems. Launchko uses enterprise or API-tier plans where available, which typically include:
- Data not used for model training (Anthropic API, OpenAI API, GitHub Copilot for Business)
- Data processing agreements (DPAs) in place with providers
- EU or adequate jurisdiction data processing where required
| Provider | Training on Your Data? | DPA Available? |
|---|---|---|
| Anthropic (API) | No — API data not used for training | Yes |
| OpenAI (API) | No — API data not used for training | Yes |
| GitHub Copilot for Business | No | Yes |
| Notion AI (Business plan) | No | Yes |
Enterprise clients who process personal data may request a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) from Launchko, which includes provisions for AI sub-processors.
5. AI in Client Deliverables
When we build AI-powered systems for clients (e.g., chatbots, automation workflows, AI agents):
- We disclose which AI models and providers are used in the system
- The client is responsible for complying with the AI provider's terms of service for their use case
- If the system processes personal data of end-users, a privacy-compliant architecture and DPA are required
- Launchko does not guarantee specific outputs or performance levels of third-party AI models
- The client is responsible for reviewing and approving AI-generated outputs in production systems
6. Output Accuracy and Liability
AI tools can produce inaccurate, outdated, or inappropriate outputs. Launchko's team reviews AI outputs before they are used in client deliverables, but:
- Launchko does not guarantee that AI-assisted work is entirely free of errors
- Clients should review all deliverables before publication
- Launchko is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content without client review and approval
7. Transparency
Launchko will disclose on request which specific deliverables involved significant AI assistance. We believe transparency about AI use builds trust and helps clients make informed decisions.
8. Changes to This Policy
As AI tools evolve rapidly, this policy may be updated more frequently than other policies. We will provide 30 days' notice of material changes.
