Job Description

Build lasting client relationships, drive retention, and identify opportunities to expand services.

  • Manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients
  • Coordinate between clients and internal teams
  • Track account health and address issues proactively
  • Contribute to proposals and SOWs for existing clients

Requirements

  • 4+ years account management experience in agencies
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
  • Understanding of digital services (web, marketing)
  • Results-driven with focus on retention and growth
  • Excellent written and verbal communication

Nice to Have

  • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Sales or business development experience
  • French and/or Dutch language skills
  • Understanding of agency financials and profitability
