These rights are provided under laws including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act, the Colorado Privacy Act, the Connecticut Data Privacy Act, the Utah Consumer Privacy Act, and the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@launchko.com. We will verify your request and respond within 45 days, with one 45-day extension where reasonably necessary. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with written proof of authorization.
If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision at privacy@launchko.com. We will respond to an appeal within 45 days. California residents may also contact the California Privacy Protection Agency or the California Attorney General.
8. Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies and similar browser technologies. GA4 and PostHog initialize only after you select Accept analytics. Analytics can include non-personal categorical selections, but names, contact details, messages, files, and typed form contents are excluded. Limited first-party operational telemetry is processed when forms are submitted so we can deliver, secure, attribute, and diagnose the requested service. 9. Security
We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including encrypted storage and transmission (TLS/SSL), access control, role-based permissions, and regular security reviews. No transmission method over the Internet is 100% secure, but we maintain industry-standard protections.
10. Children's Privacy
Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 as defined by the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If you believe a child has provided us information, contact privacy@launchko.com and we will delete it.
