Cookies are small text files placed on your device. Browser local storage and session storage provide similar functionality. We use these technologies to operate the Website, remember your choices, protect and diagnose forms, and—with your permission—measure how the Website is used.

3. Categories and Purposes
Strictly Necessary and Operational
These technologies provide requested functionality, secure forms, prevent abuse, correlate a form attempt with its server outcome, and diagnose delivery failures. They do not initialize GA4 or PostHog and are not used for advertising.
When a form is submitted, Launchko records limited first-party operational telemetry on its own backend. This can include the form name and outcome, landing path, referring domain, campaign parameters, a pseudonymous session identifier, user agent, request origin/referer, and a one-way IP hash. It does not duplicate names, email addresses, phone numbers, messages, files, or typed form contents into the observability dataset.
Functional
Functional storage remembers choices such as the visual theme and whether a requested report has been unlocked.
Analytics
With your permission, we use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and PostHog EU Cloud to understand traffic sources, page journeys, form funnels, performance, and site reliability. PostHog may also record privacy-masked sessions. Analytics events can include non-personal categorical selections such as a role, package, budget range, goal, or region. All page text and form inputs are masked in replay, sensitive element attributes are excluded, and names, email addresses, phone numbers, messages, uploaded files, and typed form contents are not sent to either analytics provider.
Google Analytics and PostHog do not initialize until you select Accept analytics. Choosing Essential only keeps third-party analytics disabled. Advertising storage, ad personalization, and ad-user-data consent remain denied even when analytics is accepted.
We do not use analytics for advertising, retargeting, or cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not sell the information collected through these technologies.
4. Managing Your Choice
The consent panel is shown on a first visit. You can change your choice at any time using the Privacy choices button displayed on the Website.
- Accept analytics enables GA4 and PostHog.
- Essential only keeps third-party analytics disabled. If analytics was previously enabled, this choice disables future capture and clears PostHog persistence, GA cookies, and consented 90-day attribution storage.
You may also block or delete cookies and browser storage through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary storage can affect requested Website functionality.
Google also provides a Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
5. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track
We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. When GPC is present and no choice has previously been saved, analytics defaults to Essential only.
There is no common industry standard for responding to "Do Not Track" signals. We do not use this Website's analytics for tracking visitors across unrelated third-party websites.
