Job Description
Manage Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace environments, handle email migrations, and configure cloud storage for clients.
- Set up and manage M365 and Google Workspace tenants
- Perform email migrations (Exchange, Gmail, etc.)
- Configure SharePoint, OneDrive, and Google Drive
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security policies
- Provide technical support for cloud productivity tools
- Document procedures and create admin guides
Requirements
- 3+ years experience with M365 or Google Workspace administration
- Experience with email migration tools and processes
- Knowledge of Active Directory and identity management
- Understanding of email security (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
Nice to Have
- Microsoft or Google certifications
- PowerShell or scripting experience
- Experience with Intune or endpoint management
- Knowledge of compliance and eDiscovery
