Project Manager

What you will do

• Manage project scope, timelines, and budgets
• Coordinate resources across design, dev, and marketing teams
• Facilitate client communication and status updates
• Identify and mitigate project risks
• Run agile ceremonies (standups, retrospectives)
• Ensure quality deliverables and client satisfaction

What you bring

• 4+ years project management experience in digital agencies
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent client communication skills
• Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Linear, etc.)

Helpful, but not required

• PMP or Agile certification
• Experience with web development projects
• Knowledge of design or development processes
• Spanish language skills
