Job Description
Provide technical assistance to clients experiencing issues with their websites, domains, or digital tools. Help them get back on track quickly.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues via tickets and chat
- Assist with DNS, hosting, and domain configuration problems
- Guide clients through CMS and platform troubleshooting
- Document solutions and contribute to knowledge base
- Escalate complex issues to development team with clear details
- Monitor support queues and meet response time SLAs
Requirements
- 2+ years technical support or help desk experience
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and how websites work
- Familiarity with DNS, hosting, and domain management
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent written communication for technical explanations
Nice to Have
- Experience with WordPress, Shopify, or other CMS platforms
- Knowledge of Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
- Basic JavaScript understanding
- IT or computer science background
