Representative brief
This concept explains how Launchko would structure discovery and experience design for a patient-access product. It does not claim a deployed HIPAA-compliant system or a healthcare client relationship.
Starting assumptions
Patients rely on phone calls for routine tasks, status information is fragmented, and the organization needs a clearer definition of which data and actions may be exposed digitally.
Proposed solution
The first phase would map users, permissions, integrations, accessibility needs, consent, and escalation paths. Interface work would begin only after the healthcare organization and its qualified legal and security advisers approved those requirements.
How success would be measured
Usability testing would measure task completion, errors, abandonment, accessibility barriers, and demand for assisted support. Security and regulatory compliance would require independent review; Launchko would not represent design completion as certification.
